Coaching 4 Change’s (C4C) mission is to mobilize college students to inspire the next generation in schools. They bring a diverse corps of college students to schools to improve students’ learning experience, enhance social emotional learning, and create feature leaders.
C4C identifies a diverse cohort of college students who support existing school curriculum and mentor students within under-resourced school systems. C4C forges an infrastructure to help schools address these challenges. This provides students the individualized attention, care, support, knowledge, and empowerment necessary to supplement classroom teaching and helps them take control of their futures.
Coaching 4 Change recently expanded their programs to Lawrence, MA to help meet the needs of the community there. We love how the leaders and staff of C4C are constantly evaluating their programs and making changes based on the needs of their participants and their communities. They really listen to youth and community voices and aren't afraid to make changes accordingly.
